3. Honey & Natural Product Disclaimer

Honey is a natural agricultural product. Variations in color, flavor, aroma, texture, and crystallization may occur due to seasonal nectar sources, weather conditions, and natural processes. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Raw honey should not be consumed by infants under one year of age.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether products are appropriate for their individual dietary needs, allergies, or sensitivities.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Desert Farms Apiary currently ships within the United States where permitted by law.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Local Pickup

When available, local pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable period after notification. Customers are responsible for verifying pickup information and hours of operation.
