🐝🚜 Big progress at Desert Farms Apiary!

There’s a new piece of equipment on the farm! We officially took delivery of our Kubota BX2380, and it didn’t take long to put it to work.

The bee yard has come a long way from the overgrown space we started with. We’ve been clearing brush, removing old growth, cleaning up the property, and now using the tractor to level and prepare the ground for the next stages of the apiary.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but each pass with the tractor gets us a little closer to turning this pasture into a productive home for our bees and pollinator-friendly forage. 🌱🐝

For us, accessible farming means finding the right equipment and methods to make the work manageable and sustainable—and this little Kubota is going to be a big part of that.

One tractor, a lot less brush, and one step closer to getting bees on the property!
